Kearsten Johansson is an award winning actress, writer & director. She graduated from the Toronto Film School with the Best Actor & Presidents Award, as well as class valedictorian. Kearsten won Best Actress at Toronto Independent Film Festival Cift, Best Supporting Actress at Los Angeles Actors Awards & Best Dark Comedy at Oniros Film Awards. She wrote, produced, co-directed and starred in Read or Alive which premiered at Hollywood’s famous TCL Chinese Theatre. The film received 11 festival acceptances, 2 wins, 3 nominations and semi-finalist at Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival (Oscar, BAFTA & Canadian Screen Award Qualifying Film Festival). Currently, Kearsten is in post-production for her latest film Straw Man.
