John Tench was born in Madison, Wisconsin and raised in Canada. He began his studies of Acting in High School and went on to complete his degree in Acting in New York and London, England. He started in Toronto with Ken Gass at the legendary Factory Theatre Lab and worked with many companies as an Actor and Director. He founded the influential TheatreKathartic, touring internationally.
His many Film and Television credits include work with such great Directors as Ang Lee, Anton Fuqua and Zack Snyder, in Watchmen, Brokeback Mountain, and in multiple award-winning shows and films; American Gods, Murdoch Mysteries, Alias Grace. John also performs in multiple Video Games such as; WatchDogs as the fan favorite T Bone Grady, FarCry5 and Assassins Creed. He’s voiced multiple cartoons and commercials.
