ACTORS NEEDED FOR SHOWRUNNING & DIRECTING CLASSES

Calling all TFS actors!

The Film Production and the Writing Programs are looking for actors to participate in the Directing and Showrunning Classes. This is a huge opportunity for students to network, meet other students in your field, and get onto future film sets when they go into production.

ACTORS NEEDED FOR SHOWRUNNING & DIRECTING CLASSES

Janet MacLean, Jeffrey St. Jules, and Jeremy LaLonde are instructors for the Showrunning and Advanced Directing classes at TFS. We would like to invite you to join us for our casting classes where you will get the opportunity to audition on zoom for dramatic pilots and short films that our students will be creating. This is partly a casting session and partly a chance for our students to practice directing actors. You’ll have the chance to play a variety of well-written roles and hone your audition skills in a friendly supportive environment.

Actors who are cast in Showrunning will be asked to return later in the term for a brief one-hour ZOOM shoot. Writers and actors will work together to hone writing and performance.

The Showrunning Class with Janet is TOMORROW, so please reach out ASAP if you are available.

For Directing classes with Jeff and Jeremy, you may go to as many sessions as you like. There are plenty of scripts to read.

Make sure you come at a time that does NOT conflict with your classes. Hopefully it will lead to future collaborations!
